NAGE Local R3-07 Hosts Cabaret for New Coats and Uniforms DC Elementary School

On Saturday, October 14, 2017, NAGE Local R3-07, Office of Unified Communications, hosted a cabaret to raise money to provide new coats and uniforms for all of the students at Moten Elementary School in Washington, D.C. The event was a huge success raising more than $1,500.00.

The cabaret was held at the Metropolitan DC Police FOP Lodge, included food, entertainment and plenty of dancing. When speaking with Debbie Knox, President NAGE Local R3-07, she stated, “The event was very successful. Everyone had an excellent time. We have received a lot of positive feedback on social media.” She said, “Previously our local has raised money for the school but this time I am glad that we were able to do something different. Our local plans on doing more events like this in the future.”
