The Federal Workers Alliance (FWA) is a coalition of twenty labor unions, collectively representing more than 300,000 federal workers government wide. The coalition is dedicated to fighting for the interests of federal workers and their families.
The Federal Workers Alliance enables labor organizations representing federal workers to coordinate and provide a united front on issues affecting the civil service. The cooperation and solidarity between the 20 member unions maximizes the influence FWA yields on policies and legislation proposed by the Obama administration and Congress.
