COVID-19 Award Claims

Thank you to everyone who participated in the COVID-19 claims submission process.

The deadline to submit a request for reconsideration of a COVID special contribution award has now closed. We are moving forward with the joint panel review process. All participants will be notified of the next steps.

At this time, we are actively reviewing the list of individuals who submitted a trouble ticket. If you are found to be eligible, you will be permitted to submit a claim and will be contacted with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
